Dear Ones:

We attended New City Church once again this morning where Pastor Gerald Sserwuwagi was back in the pulpit and able to do two baptisms.

One of an Elder and his wife’s little boy Jesse Caleb Matthew Sentamu and another young man that a teacher and his family befriended, Paul Ssendagire.

The whole church sends their warmest greetings and thanks for sending us for this time of ministry in Uganda. We just visited with Tim and Cheri Hoke who are packed and ready to go to the airport this evening. They also send their greetings and are glad for your prayers as Lord willing they will both be able to fly.

It is our plan to leave African Bible University at 5:30 a.m. on Monday along with two other short-term missionaries to go to Entebbe Airport and fly out on British Airways.  If all goes well we should arrive at Logan Airport at 7:45 p.m.

We will be glad to be back in the U.S. and look forward to sharing much more about the Lord’s faithfulness.  As they say here “God is good all the time, all the time God is good!

Thankful that you are serving with us in Uganda,

Jerry & Marg
